The ict@innovation portal has become a central internet platform for FOSS in Africa. Over 500 persons and organisations have registered profiles on the site.

This year, to celebrate SFD, InWEnt hosted a virtual event to connect its programme partners in Asia and Africa working to promote FOSS.
