Linux Essentials Manual for us, by us.

As I had indicated earlier, its now time to think of developing an "Open Manual" for Linux Essentials for ourselves as a FOSS community in Africa. The community that we have developed around ict@innovation is well equipped to carry out this task. This should be a piece of cake following our success with the LPIC-1 manual last year. My thinking is that we can take the topics and sub topics in the LE as given out on this link: http://wiki.lpi.org/wiki/LinuxEssentials, and each country takes one or several. Then we will have people dedicated and taking the lead in developing the material for the particular topic. After that we will put it all together and have it available under GPL/CC license. Lets see who is interested in this by a reply to this thread.

In your reply, please also make comments and suggestions so that we do all this together.
