Dear Steering Committee Members,

this is a first suggestion for the quartly virtual meetings (via Skype conference call) we decided to have at our Workshop in October. We could use this meeting to kick-off our activites in 2009, update everyone on what has happend since the Workshop and upcomming activities. Please RSVP is this date suits you.
